Want to be a part of saving another life?
Cabin Critters Rescue is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Scioto County, Ohio, dedicated to animal rescue and education. Since our inception in February 2019, we have successfully rescued over 2,400 dogs and cats, along with various other animals. Our main goal is to find loving, forever homes for our furry friends where they can thrive and be cherished. We also prioritize supporting the humans behind the animals, offering education, awareness, and assistance to those in need.
Our mission is to:
To rescue animals from situations that are abusive, endangering or neglectful.
To provide homes for these animals.
To place rescued animals into forever homes.
To educate and promote the importance of spaying/neutering and vaccinating companion animals.
To educate the public on how to help prevent animal cruelty.
To take the lead on educating and providing awareness in the community about responsible animal ownership and has value.
To promote responsible caring attitudes toward animals and to strive to protect them.

Monetary Donations (Goes Directly to Our Current Biggest Need)

Veteran Assistance Programs
Tag-Neuter-Return (TNR) Program for Local Cats In Select Areas in Southern Ohio
Pet Pantry [in progress]
Play yard around our shelter along with a memorial gazebo or bridge
Purchase of a shipping container to use as a storage building
Replacing the flood damaged floors [in progress]
Input a drainage system for easy cleanup [in progress]
Replace emergency protection system (extinguishers, emergency lighting, exit signs, etc) [in progress]
HVAC system needs replaced in our shelter as it's on it's last leg [in progress]

Nail Trimming Event
Cabin Critters Rescue is hosting a Nail Trimming Event fundraiser to help support our rescue and the animals in our care.
Bring your pets out for a trim, grab a treat, and help support Cabin Critters Rescue and our mission to help animals in need.
Pricing:
$5 for small to medium pets
$10 for large to x-large pets
Additional Information:
Pets must be on a leash or harness at all times Pup cups available!
Are also accepting donations in the form of:
